Hypnosis is a state of being when you are experiencing a heightened awareness and an increased sense of possible solutions to problems. In addition, there is increased focus on internal thoughts and feelings and a reduction of attention to external stimuli. Based on the approach developed by Milton Erickson, M.D., I focus on helping you to identify the source of problems, but more importantly - to identify internal resources that help offset and eliminate problems. In addition, through the experience of hypnosis you will develop an understanding of an ability to do self-hypnosis, and carry on the experience at any time throughout the day and week.
