I believe that positive, supportive relationships – whether in the present or past - are the source of our inner strength and peace. My goal is to help you improve those relationships – strengthen them when possible, help you understand and forgive when it is appropriate to do so, and/or help you recognize, accept, and integrate healthy, new relationships in your life.
